Organizers promote 5K run to fight brain cancer

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Nine years ago a Kansas City man died of brain cancer.

Chris Anthony was a dedicated runner. His family decided an annual run would be a great way to honor his memory and help raise money to fight brain cancer.

That is how the Head for the Cure 5K run began. Event organizers, Mark and Nick Blackford stopped by 41 Action News Weekend Today with details about the event.
